What happened :
Tried to capture crematorium that was showing free on eagle nest. Lost a lot of troops supposedly to Balur, but also killed a lot of defense troops including griffins, hydra, demons etc and have no idea who did I attack as even on the marshal's report it shows Balur. Would like to have this fixed and to be reimbursed for the loss.

An hour and a half later the settlement ( crematorium) is still showing to be "FREE"
Hello, lord! You fought against a real player(s), real and cunning player(s). One can send reinforcement to a Settlement without capturing it. In this case, it will reflect as free. This is a peculiarity of the game mechanics and many players use it to get more PvP points.
In fact, namely Balur's avatar is supposed to be there.
