League chest items not being delivered

A member of my league purchased a package that included an Exquisite chest. When I clicked on it, I did not receive my items in the Hero Inventory. This has happened to a number of my league members. It seems this feature should work correctly. It is not a new feature. Please review my account and fix this issue. Our League is named Dark Silence (DD). Please correct this immediately.


The platform you play on (e.g. Facebook, Stormfall:Age of War, Plarium.com);


The server where you play (The Dark Plains);


The feature that causes the issue (Inbox -> Goods -> League Chest -> Equipment Items);


The exact steps you performed before the bug arose;

Clicked on Inbox, Clicked on Goods, Clicked on League Chest, Clicked on each of two Equipment)


Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear (active events, applied bonuses, etc.);

NO. 


What should have happened;

League Chest Equipment should have appeared in my Hero Inventory


What actually happened.

No League Chest Equipment appeared in my Hero Inventory

Hello, I have checked the game logs and see that the Exquisite League Chest was opened at 16:24 UTC on 3.04.2018 and contained a pack of 300 Iron. There were no other items in the pack.

This just happened to me as well.

The pop up message after opening all the chests, indicated that I was to receive 3 "equipment items".  

They never showed up, however.

I also made sure that I cleared the space in my inventory (just incase they did not push items out of the temp list, like BGs do)





This does happen often, so I finally decided I should report it.

I should also mention, the chests also had 25 dark paladins, which were instantly delivered.

One more note. 

I *JUST* opened another league chest, which contained an equipment item.


This was instantly delivered.  



It appears the original three are in the ether somewhere still, however.

Could you please specify if you have taken screenshots of the equipment you should receive? 

Also, please try to clear your browser cache and check your Inventory.

There is always a delay after receiving equipment items from league chests

They do not appear instantly, but will always appear after waiting a few minutes or after refreshing

It is very easy to assume that they fail to appear, especially if you have wasted sapphires by opening many storage slots

Check your inventory before opening these chests

Lord Snowgoon is right. you have to wait some minutes or refresh after opening it (its what i do) and the item will appear onto ur Hero inventory. and check the slots before opening to place them.

Yes I know you must wait, but the items still never appeared.  

I know because i specifically threw some chests away to make space for the items.

I have opened other league chests since then, and received the rewards (i always just refresh the game to make them appear right away).

I do not have screen shots of the items because they never appeared for me to take a screenshot of.

I need to know which Equipment you should receive to check whether it has been delivered to you. There are no bugs related to Hero's equipment delivery. If you experience this issue regularly, please attach a screenshot of the Equipment displayed after opening a chest which won't be received.

Theres no way to know what the equipment was.


When you open a league chest sometimes you receive a piece of gear.  

The icon for it has a sort of blue background, with a paladin looking guy on it and a "?" on it.


The three pieces of gear were won out of chests in this way, along with 25 dark paladins.  (I click the button to open all league chests at once).

I know you can check because AGENT HELEN did so for the OP, and determined at what time their chest was opened and the contents.

Here is a screenshot of that reply.  

Do that same thing, and you will see the three equipment items and the 25 dark paladins.

I got the dark paladins, but not the equipment items. 




At this point I am over it.  Three gears is not such a big deal.

This does happen quite a few times for me, however.

I was just trying to point out that this is a pretty common thing, that should be looked it



I guess I should always screenshot every reward I win, and then verify delivery as a precaution? 

That seems a little nuts instead of just having the devs fix the script, but whatever.

Obviously not true, because we need to wait or refresh

So why not fix the delay? (which has been confirmed by a Moderator)

We are able to track Hero's equipment in the server logs only by its name. 

I have tested this feature and the equipment shown in the pop-up window appeared in the Inventory. 

As for the delay, this a normalization issue. I will forward it to the devs for the further investigation.

I am positive that the equipment did not, because my inventory was full completely, so I deleted three of the green tier II chests to make the space.


Those spaces never filled in.


But, I am through trying to convince you.

If you just don't want to see it, you aren't going to.

I appreciate your kind cooperation. As my colleague mentioned, we have not reproduced the issue so far. All tests showed that bonuses are still credited as intended. Let's do like this. Keep playing and next time just make screenshots before and after claiming rewards. At that remember to clear web-browser's cache to eliminate possible doubts. Here is an article with instructions for different browsers. Having more materials at hand, we will be able to continue the investigation.
