i cant colllect reward....u made reward window big...my last scroll down cant even see collect reward button ^..this is so funny...plarium app....make ur changes and dont make a fool of us...^

go to full screen and then back again, you should then be able to scroll down on the window your game is in and see it

Nope doesn't work! No matter what I do I can't see the collect button.I can't get to the bottom.I resized the screen over and over and it doesn't work.

Now I can't collect my rewards in the Treasure Hunt tournament. There is no way to collect it.
If you can do it manually for me its fine by me.. - But I am most likely not the only one, so I don't know, maybe some sort of fix is needed.

So, I play on the plarium app. And fullscreen does not work either, there is no way to do it in plarium app.
And you can't shrink the size in the app... So I tried to log in through the browser, and sure enough, I made it 50% size and I could see the collect button.
I suggest everyone having the same problem, to log in through the browser and shrink it.

Just chiming in regarding collecting treasure hunts' rewards. I also am unable to collect the rewards. I have tried shrinking & returning to full size as well as chrinking the screen size to no avail. If it is simply a glitch that will go away in awhile I can wait, I am just worried that if I don't get them soon then they will disappear.

friend is not about reducing the size of the screen of the game with the mouse, what we say is to reduce the browser page or reduce the font of windows as it is explained in this thread

Just putting it out there: While all & any changes inside the game didn't enable me to collect the reward, what I did was go into general settings for my computer & decreased the page zoom to %50. If that is what every1 was advising me to do I misunderstood. Never-the-less, anybody who has this problem in the future should try this too. Thank you all!
