Same hear for 2x packs i purchased yesterday. I reached out to their support line, and was impressed with their initial email response time, but now getting worried as its next day and the 2x event is ending soon. Last email i got said the "issue has already been fixed," but have not yet received anything in yet in game.
Anyone else get the same email? ....or better yet, anyone get their items in game afterwards?
