Good afternoon, yesterday I reached Silver level in the classic arenas. There is a quest progress more specifically 84-85 from quest progress part 2, which gives you a holy shard (orange) if you hit Silver in the sands. I picked it up when I got to Silver, but when I went to open the fragment, it didn't appear in the portal. I would like to know if they can avoid me, I don't know if it happened to someone else.
