Epic Character from 2 years gift disapear

But il had an Epic Character but it's not in my tavern or in my champions. It disapeared. Can you fix it ?

Yes i had one Epic Character with Christal/shard.
Il Saw it 1 second but when i go go see in my champions or in tavern i don't see it anymore

You got the gift and opened Ancient and Void Shard afterward.
From these two Shards hou got Warmaiden and Pain Keeper champions (two rare champions).
