We get told to go to the forums if we have issues.... from the forums we get told to submit a ticket.... we submit a ticket and we get told.. “so sorry, we are closing  your ticket.. better luck next time”

I really don’t think this game wants players... 

My limited time level 60 reward did not come up for me to buy... the one thing I wanted... and then I get told it’s not important.
