WTR (way to reproduce the issue): 

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions; 

Step 2: select Orcs, and find the Angar hero; 

Step 3: Check the Exacerbate skill description; 

Bug Description: 

Exacerbate is described as: "Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Places an extra hit if an enemy has a Provoke debuff. Damage based on ATK, HP."

By indicating "if an enemy has a Provoke debuff" it implies that any enemy having a Provoke debuff - even one other than the target - will qualify for Angar to place an extra hit. I don't have Angar (or anger), but I suspect that this is not the case. Please consider changing the wording to "if the target has a Provoke debuff...".
