you dont have the best ones for the job but half, so for easy spider 14 with what you have:

Armiger, visix, scyl, hight kathun and probably ninja (because its already leveled up) and im pretty sure you can 

Who should I be working on or need for that?

At 14 the easiest bet is to clear the spiderlings and control the queen. Visix and Valk can control the queen (just use only their a1). Ninja and alek can alternate aoe to kill the spiderlings. Khatun to boost your team speed.
