i think It's not a bug. You have Block Debuffs during the entire fight. It's normal for the AI to detect that she cannot stun you and prefers to single hit you for higher dmg and TM reduction. wendy's lunch time surveyzop.com

As Harby said, someone hardcore botting opened a bunch of accounts at same time, so all accounts got it at same time as daily reward.
