Can I store the 100 fragments from the events and tournamets over the 18th and fuse Versulf later, let's say on the next cvc tournamet, summoning event or similar?

It's a solid strategy a lot of people use.
Typically with fusion events, you have to fuse the champion immediately. With fragment summons though, like this one, they can sit forever.
I still have Ruel waiting for an event.
