if i refer 3 players, i get 1 sacred shard once they reach level 50 and i get additional sacred shard when all 3 reach lvl 50

which means once all my referals reach level 50 i get 4 sacred shards

my question is , after i have got 4 shards, i remove my referal and add 3 new referal, will i get 4 more sacred shards once all of my referal reach lvl 50??
