Right, so my wife jjust received her gift. However, it's very different than the one I got and our accounts are the same level. Here's a screenshot of it: (im iOS and got loads of shards, she's android and got none)
She now has nothing to open, and i got 3 ancient shards, 1 void and 1 sacred, 5M silver, books and energy...and THIS is what she gets? unreal, we are the same level of progression.
How do we get a support team on the forum to answer? I come from a different game and i'm so used to having support via forum. Is this how that works here or no?

a friend of mine started an account a few days back and he also got what your wife got, the package did not include the shards or the cash.
Whatever you and your wife got you should be gratefull and not complane, Raid didnt have to give to us nothing but they did! Next year you will be on naughty list!
