I have been waiting for Hell Hades to come out with their recommendations for what relics to pair with the new Oz champs. However, after several weeks now, someone seems to be lazy over there and not updated that part for all the champs for some reason. So, I thought that we could discuse it here then.

So, for the new champs, Dorothy, Lion, Tinman, Scarecrow, and the witch; what relics are you hoping to put onto them? Plus, would you focus on PvE or PvP with them?

For Dorothy: Her skills seem to pair well in PvP. Her Furious Tornado is a bit frustrating to defend against since she both steals your buffs and stuns you. So a Wand Of Submission is a pretty good PvP relic. However, none of the Oz champs have an increase turn meter effect so I don't think the normal Invigorated gems would be a good choice unless you pair her with a turn meter ally. For the diamond gem, I was thinking about the Perfect Heist or Precision gem to aid in her tornado skill.

For Lion: The Lion is a defence attacker. So you have your obvious attack relics like The Cat's Gaze, Stormcaller,  Thunderbolt Spear, Fleshmelter Lash, and even a budget Malefic Talon or Steel-eyed Cutter. Of those relics, the Fleshmelter Lash would synergize best with him but as a random Coalesence relic, pretty hard to come by. The Collective is a risky one; he does pass out a lot of buffs so it could be a 1-shot wonder. The two relics that might be interesting to use on him would be Perched Shadow and Ax Serpentis. The Shadow would let him get to buff again faster but I am curious about the Ax. The Lion's A1 is a single target 3 hit attack and I'm curious to know how it would do. Especially when paired with the Tinman's ally attack skill.

For Tinman: I was thinking that Howling Guardians would pair really well with his passive True Heart. This would be PvE of course and for the circle and square gem slots to use Unflinching and Stengthening Will.

For Scarecrow: As a support reviver that doesn't heal, something that would protect him and make him go farter would be ideal. So, Chrysalid of Rebirth, Soulmar Crystal, Demonic Effigy, or Golden Elixer to keep him alive longer.

For the witch: As a support champ with massive CC, boosting her Acc would be best I think. So Molten Deathbell, Orb of Transfixation, Hand of Uncreation, or Hoarder's Cauldren for a budget pick. I'm not sold on the Irethi Coronet for her as I feel like she's not a great damage dealer? But she certainly might be if built up right along with the coronet.

So, what are you guys thinking about which relics are best in class? Did I get something wrong? I would like to hear all of your input.
