i did a test the other night. i auto climbed one level and it took several minutes so i had to stop but when i did it manually my characters cleared the level in less than a minute? so is this some kind of scam or something? i did this with a few other levels too just to make sure and sure enough it takes several minutes when it can take seconds if i do it manually.
There are a few things that can make a fight take a long time or reach the turn limit.
For instance, if you have champs on your team with turn meter reduction, but an enemy champ has unkillable, stuck on auto your champs just keep stripping down the tm and the enemy never gets a turn, so unkillable never wears off.
Or your champs might get stuck in a freeze or stun lock, and it just keeps going until someone managed to both ressit and hit back enough times to kill the enemy cc'er
Another example could be an enemy team with big heals and revive, and until the just-right rng comes along and kills them in just the right order they keep healing and reviving and dragging the fight out
