She looks like a very strong support toon on her own, but will be even better with the the other Ozions.

Too bad they didn't give her a multi-hit on her A3 AoE and/or Provoke instead of the Stun. She woulda become instant PVP Meta with either of those tweaks. 

Instead of Windstorm, since there already is a Tornado spell, wouldn't it have been more dramatic if she had an "Over the Rainbow" spell? Have rainbows slice through the air cutting through her enemies? Also, I guess you went with the classic Wizard of Oz with the Silver Shoes and not the Movie Ruby Slippers-you could have had her do a "No Place Like Home" spell and have a farmhouse fall onto her enemies! Could you imagine??! LOL
