This was the response from support to a clanmate of mine who had the same issue:

He put in a support ticket roughly 1 day after getting the 6th champ and still hadn't received the bonus, then about 12 hours after getting that reply, the bonus gift came through with the avatar and relic and whatever else is in it.

In other words, give it a couple days, and if it still hasn't shown up, THEN contact support.

Yup.  Theres always a delay on the reward for collecting all the champs. 

Thank you.  I'll wait (like I have a choice).  I would have put a Support ticket in, but for some reason I no longer have that option in RAIDs Support, and I don't know why?

Thats very odd.  Mobile or PC?  

The last time I tried to reach Support I never got them.  I kept running in circles.  It would be nice to have a dedicated Support link.  

I'm sticking with my theory that the spam filter banned support and they haven't realized it yet because they haven't gotten a report about it

I "think" you're being serious here, aren't you? If so, isn't this a great disservice to the majority of the player base? That's basically telling long term players like myself that I don't matter to the game.

No.  I was being very sarcastic, support is available to every player.

I have frequently been dissatisfied with the quality of Raid Support, but I have never had a ticket go unanswered.  Anyone can submit a ticket through the in-game support link.  On mobile it is fully contained within the game.  On PC, it opens in an external webpage.
