Hey everyone,

My dad said he recently used my account but this is me. He's at work so I can't ask him this. I was doing my dailies and doing live arena. However, after my match finished, the game isn't doing anything.

It just sits there processing and not counting the match. I waited for 10 minutes and nothing is happening. I logged out and logged back in and it's still doing it. I even logged out for 15 minutes and came back and it's the same thing. Because it's not counting the match and I can't play a new game, I can't complete my daily either.

How do you fix this? It was my first match and I can't even play live arena. I can do everything else from playing dungeons and raising my levels in the hall but live arena is stuck.
