Went to reply to your last DM, now I'm banned from sending messages. Like seriously, what is the problem with the customer-facing side of this company? Like if Plarium hates me that much, then just delete all my accounts and be done with it.

That is what happened to me on my last ban. I sent the mods messages to unban me but they never got them. After 3 days I contacted Support and they are still as usless as ever.
I had to reach out to a forum friend on Discord to have him post a new thread to get me unbanned.
I believe the anti spam AI now bans the next person on the thread.
Ive asked the tech guys to take another look at the spam bot. As for now one of the CMs is gonna have the regular users put on the White List so hopefully none of you get caught again.
