Different deal offers on different accounts
I have 4 accounts, and the offerts are not the same.
In 3 accounts they are a lot worse then in 1, and in another currency (RON).
E.g.

iSo, you can see for yourself: 3 vs. 20 shards.
For 20 shards 74,99 RON x 20/3 = 499 RON = 113,17 USD vs. 99,99 USD.
So: in 3 accounts I have worse nr. of shards, at a worse price.
So, please tell me, what is the secret to obtain:
1. Offerts in RON on all my players;
2. Legendary, epic or, at least, normal offerts (like other players, e.g. those mentioned in HH gaming Raid Shadow Legends Pack Offer Calculator - HellHades )?
I check this calculator and I see that my offers of shards are "trash in the bin" or, at most, "bad deal". I never receive "legendary/epic" offerts, like others, or, at least, normal offerts.

Why is that?
Do you have better offerts?
Is it any way to change this uggly situation?
