Okay, so I just pulled Brogni. Can I get recommendations on how to build him? His dmg is based on ATK, but his shield, obviously, is based on his HP. should I give him a large shield initially and small increases? Or small shield and big increases? TIA

I'm late mid-game, so probably Hydra, I'm already two keying UNM CB, maybe Chimera, I have the Cadaver, so maybe find someplace to team them.

Cadaver/Brogni combo got nerfed over a year ago. It is worthless for Hydra now.
In the current game, Brogni is best used only for Faction Wars and Demon Lord Shield Teams, especially if you are late game already.
Depending on your other Block Debuff options, I do still see a tanky Brogni in 3v3 Arena from time to time.
As far as build goes, his Base Attack is quite low, so it is much easier to focus on a high HP Support build.....he is not easy to gear for damage, but it can be done.
Brogni also has some use in certain Doom Tower bosses and Sintranos but yeah, time has not been kind to the dwarf.
I use him on my wixwell team for CB, but that's pretty much it:/
