Karnage and Lamasu cannot be pulled from primal shards.
Under the empowerment basics in the sparring pit, it shows Lamasu can be empowered by Cruetraxa dupes, but Karnage isn't listed at all.
Oversight?
Edit: it's been pointed out to me that Lamasu is a void lego, not a mythical. My mistake.
Kharnage doesn't have an empowerment as to yet no. But I believe they told us he will have one in the future.

Of all the concerns I have with the game, not having a way to empower 1 mythical is not one of them.
