for this blessing the additional damage is that per hit? i am thinking yes, but want to make sure.
i may use this once i get a 6 soul on supreme kael (currently at 4 stars)

According to the HH website the boost is permanent in a round. So facing hydra for example you have a champion that only applies one debuff it will take you several turns applying that debuff before you reach maximum stacks. And if after you reach maximum stacks you never apply that debuff again and the battle lasts 500 turns you will still receive the damage boost the entire fight because hydra is 1 round.
