I'll just take a wild guess, Accuracy, Speed, Tankiness?

Is it worth investing in Res or is her passive usually enough? Can Kymar reset her passive cooldown? Should I consider Relentless to help cycle her skills or stick to Perception? 

Where is she normally used? I assume her passive along with the cleanse is powerful against control champs, especially those who aren't Mithrala since they're usually Acc or Res.
