Im making this just to share my opinion on how everybody in this forum is just pooping all over how bad the matchmaking is on Tournaments.

So i started returning to the game in April 2026, i had Sentinel, Gatecrasher4star, orion, killshot, & zephyr (i know i get a lot of burn outs from this game) LAST TIME i played was when Revokers were overpowered. Now returning and taking a peek to see if the game has gotten any better! I played the new Tournament. I lost, and lost, and lost, i won but i got +10 - +30 so when i lost, i still get a higher point loss ratio. REMEMBER, the system ASSIGNED me to EXPERT 1. I LOST ALL THE WAY DOWN TO PROFESSIONAL 1. Now if you're not insane, you'd think, "STOP playing Tournament, bro!" and so i did. I grinded myself out and now in October 2026, i have Blockhorn4star, Outlaw4star, Deathwalker4star, orion (since he's quite reliable with hunter's mark) and Gatecrasher4star. What weapons? Quashers, Hornets, storm racks, disc launchers, and overdrivers, now here's the stupid part:

I RETURNED to Tournament, starting at Professional 1 with 1000 points, i played one game and DESTROYED EVERYBODY, even I feel bad for the newbiews, because I DON'T BELONG IN THAT BRACKET, but it's the only way up to the top right? so i just beat up every decent player until im back to Professional 3, now you see, i had to literally stop playing tournament and go grind myself up to 4K SP just to get a chance to actually move my butt up the ranks? what?! that is HORRID. Why would you have to take months of suffering, gambling mechs and weapons, just to have a better chance for more rewards? that's literally diabolical. And now that im in Professional 3, now the so called "Gemini Campers" show up and now i actually have opponents that have a standing chance to beat me or i beat them. 

Why? why is it that there's actually so many of us that get stomped because we lose out on so many events on gambling and maybe getting our big break or being broke all over again? it's a rinse and repeat, the grind sucks and everybody says it. There's no other way to say it but the tournament just isn't separating any players from how strong their SP is, which literally is WHY they REWORKED it in the first place!
